Role & responsibilities

The General Manager M&A; & Corporate Development will lead the organization's inorganic growth agenda by identifying, evaluating, and executing acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, and investments.

Preferred candidate profile

- 12-15 years of relevant experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory, or Private Equity, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the healthcare/hospital sector.
- Solid expertise in financial modelling, valuation, investment analysis, and corporate finance.
- Proven experience in M&A; transactions, deal structuring, due diligence, negotiation, and transaction execution.
- Experience in post-merger integration and synergy realization.
- Strong understanding of hospital business models, healthcare industry dynamics, and regulatory frameworks.
