Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in software QA, application testing, or HR technology testing.
- Experience testing applicant tracking systems or HR platforms; SmartRecruiters experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of software development and testing life cycles.
- Experience with functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Ability to write detailed test cases and defect reports.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or equivalent platforms.
- SmartRecruiters configuration or implementation experience.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience testing REST APIs, SFTP integrations, webhooks, or middleware.




- Familiarity with HRIS integrations and recruiting technology ecosystems.
- Experience with SQL or data validation.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and employment lifecycle workflows.
- Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Postman.
