Role & responsibilities :

- Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll, HR, or shared services supporting India, Australia, and Singapore.
- Hands-on experience with Workday HCM or similar HRIS, case management systems, and end-to-end payroll processing with vendors like ADP.
- Knowledge of APAC payroll legislation, tax deductions, statutory contributions, and compliance, including Australian Superannuation and Singapore CPF.
- Experience in year-end payroll activities, audits, data validation, and issue resolution.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and employee service skills, with a focus on data accuracy and process improvement.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive employee matters with empathy.
- Adaptable, technology-driven mindset with an interest in AI, automation, and continuous learning.
- Experience in a multinational HR shared services setting is preferred.
