3. E/M IP Medical Coder

- Locations: Hyderabad, Noida
- Experience: 1+ Year
- CTC: Up to 10 LPA
- Skills: E/M IP, Inpatient E/M, Evaluation and Management, CPT Coding





Job Responsibilities

- Review medical records and assign accurate diagnosis and procedure codes.
- Ensure coding accuracy according to applicable guidelines.
- Maintain quality and productivity standards.
- Identify and resolve coding discrepancies.
- Ensure proper documentation and coding compliance.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1+ year of relevant medical coding experience.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
- Experience in the relevant coding specialty.
