Training content

- Create training content, videos, job aids, and on-the-job evaluations.
- Keep content up to date with menu, recipe, process, and standards changes.
- Maintain a training library that outlets and the GCC can use.

Certification

- Roll out and manage certification processes.
- Track certification status and renewals for employees, and share results with the HR Head and outlet leaders.

Field training

- Deliver field training.
- Visit outlets to train, observe, and coach staff on the job.

TMTS framework

- Develop, implement, and maintain the TMTS framework.
- Review the framework regularly and update it based on feedback and results.
- Own & Monitor execution of Running Great shifts Framework with Managers

Training effectiveness and reporting

- Measure training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and on-the-job performance.
- Report training completion, certification, and results to the HR Head each month.

New Store Opening

- Plan and deliver pre-opening training for new store teams.

What you bring

Must have

- 6 to 8 years of experience in training or learning and development.
- Experience creating training content such as videos, job aids,



and on-the-job exercises.
- Experience delivering hands-on training on the floor or in the field.
- Experience running certification or assessment programmes.
- Experience building or maintaining a training framework.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly to outlets.
- Graduate degree required.

Positive to have

- Background in restaurants, QSR, hospitality, or F&B.;
- Experience with video editing, design tools, or a learning management system (LMS).
- Working knowledge of Telugu and Hindi, and good English.
