Employment Type: Full-TimeRole OverviewAs an Education & Training Counselor, you will be responsible for connecting with candidates, understanding their career goals, explaining our corporate training and internship programs, and guiding interested candidates through the enrollment process.Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective candidates and understand their career and training requirements.
- Explain training, internship, and career opportunities clearly to candidates.
- Counsel candidates based on their skills, experience, and career objectives.
- Handle candidate queries regarding the program, training structure, internship, and interview process.




- Follow up with interested candidates and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain candidate records and update follow-up status.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding candidate onboarding and training.
- Achieve assigned counseling and conversion targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 0 to 1 years of experience in Education Counseling, Training Counseling, Inside Sales, Career Counseling, or related roles.
- Freshers also okay
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust convincing and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable speaking with candidates over phone calls.
