Job Description – Telecaller

Organization: Dreamtime Learning Online School
Location: Kalyani Nagar, Pune
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Job Details

- Work Days: Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Salary: Up to ₹3 LPA
- Joining: Immediate joiners only

Requirements

- Laptop is mandatory.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred.
- Fluency in English and regional languages is an added advantage.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage with prospective students and parents.
- Explain Dreamtime Learning's courses, programs, and offerings.
- Follow up with leads to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
- Make a minimum of 150 connected calls per day.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Address parent queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Build positive relationships with prospective parents and support the admissions process.
