Multi-Location Digital Operations & Administrative Coordinator

Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Digital Operations & Administrative Coordinator to support daily operations across multiple restaurant locations.

The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, have previous data entry and administrative experience, understand American restaurant operations and POS systems, and be comfortable managing multiple online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and manage digital operations for multiple restaurant locations.
- Update menus, pricing, promotions, and operating hours across POS systems and online ordering platforms.
- Monitor DoorDash, Uber Eats, Google Business Profiles, and other restaurant platforms.
- Review and respond professionally to customer complaints and online reviews.
- Verify that restaurant managers complete their daily opening and closing checklists.
- Perform accurate data entry, maintain records, and prepare daily and weekly reports.
- Monitor online orders, identify menu errors, and help resolve system-related issues.
- Communicate with restaurant managers to follow up on missing information and operational issues.
- Assist with administrative duties, emails, spreadsheets, document organization, and scheduling.
- Track assigned tasks and ensure deadlines are met.

Required Qualifications

- MUST be fluent in English (written and spoken).
- MUST have previous data entry and administrative experience.




- MUST understand American restaurant operations and POS systems.
- Experience using restaurant POS systems such as Clover, Toast, Square, or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage several restaurant locations simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Comfortable learning new software and digital platforms.
- Reliable, professional, and able to follow instructions accurately.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience working with U.S.-based restaurant chains or multi-location businesses.
- Familiarity with DoorDash, Uber Eats, Google Business Profile, and online ordering systems.
- Experience with Owner.com, Homebase, MarginEdge, or similar restaurant management software.
- Experience handling customer complaints and online reputation management.
- Knowledge of restaurant reporting, sales tracking, and daily operational procedures.
- Experience working remotely with U.S.-based companies.

We are looking for someone who is organized, quick, accurate, dependable, and proactive. You must be comfortable working with technology, communicating professionally in English, and managing multiple responsibilities without constant supervision.

This is not an entry-level position. Previous administrative and data entry experience is required.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
