Roles & responsibilities

1. To conduct complete Corporate Insolvency Registration Process (CIRP), Liquidation, Personal Guarantee cases.

2. To do claim verification of financial creditors, operation creditors, workmen employees and other claims.

3. Conduct COC Meetings including preparation of Notice and Minutes, Drafting Reports, filling on NCLT etc.

4. Accounts & Audit through appointed accountant, Communication with several stakeholders.

5. ROC Compliance and other compliances required for conducting CIRP, Liquidation and Personal Guarantee Cases.

7. Overlooking operations of the Companies under CIRP, Liquidation and handling Personal Guarantee Cases.

Qualification:

· Graduate in commerce B.com/B.com Honor's/CS Inter/CMA Inter/CA Inter may apply

· M.com in Commerce/Economics/Honor's

. LLB & LLM with some experience in Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code may also apply.

Essential Functions:

Shall be well versed with the following:

1. Working Knowledge of finance, accounts and related fields.

2. Good in communication skills.

3.



Team coordination and cooperation. Shall be a Team Player and willing to learn.

Experience | Skill Requirements

1.Should have at least 6 months experience in finance and accounting field.

2. Good communication skills, including the ability to efficiently write emails, memos and minutes of the meeting.

3. Ability to organize and prioritize work independently, with minimal supervision

4. The candidate shall be aggressive/self-driven/enthusiastic and be a result-oriented person

5. Ability to work under pressure for tight deadlines.

6. Relevant Experience in similar roles of 6 months to 1 years

7. Positive working experience in MS Office, Ms excel and Preparing reports and presentations on Powerpoint etc will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year

- Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

- Insolvency: 1 year (Preferred)
- Financial accounting: 3 years (Preferred)
