Job Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries and service-related requirements.
- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service needs.
- Prepare job cards and explain repair and maintenance requirements.
- Coordinate with technicians and the workshop team.
- Provide accurate service estimates and delivery timelines.
- Keep customers updated about vehicle repair status.
- Ensure timely vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve service-related issues.
- Follow up with customers after vehicle servicing.

Candidate Requirements:-

- Good knowledge of vehicle servicing, repairs and maintenance.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and job card management.
- Ability to coordinate with workshop technicians.
- Qualified attitude and customer-focused approach.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
