Hydrovista Pools LLP is an authorized dealer of Hayward® USA, one of the world’s best-known names in swimming pool equipment. We are introducing the complete Hayward range to the Indian market from our Chennai warehouse: pumps, filters, salt chlorinators, automation, heat pumps and LED lighting. We supply pool builders, contractors, consultants, resorts, hotels and equipment dealers across India.

We are now hiring our first Business Development Manager to build and lead our sales presence across South India. This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape the market for a premium global brand.

What you’ll do

- Build and grow a network of pool contractors, builders, consultants, architects, hotels, resorts, clubs and equipment dealers across Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh/Telangana
- Appoint and develop dealers and distributors in key cities
- Present the Hayward range to clients and specifiers, and recommend the right equipment with support from our technical team
- Win specifications on hotel, resort, residential and institutional pool projects
- Negotiate pricing, close orders and manage the sales pipeline from first meeting to delivery
- Travel regularly for client meetings, site visits and project follow-ups
- Represent Hydrovista at trade shows and industry events, including the Indian Plumbing Conference in Chennai
- Share market feedback on demand, pricing and competition to shape our strategy

What we’re looking for

- 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience




- Experience in swimming pool equipment or pool construction is strongly preferred. We also welcome candidates from water treatment, pumps, MEP, HVAC, plumbing, sanitaryware or building materials.
- An established network of contractors, consultants, architects, builders or hotel and project clients in South India
- A track record of building dealer or distributor networks and meeting sales targets
- Confident presenting technical products to engineers, consultants and owners
- Strong negotiation and communication skills; self-driven and comfortable working independently
- Fluent English; Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Telugu or Hindi is a solid advantage
- Willing to travel regularly across South India; valid driving licence
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; an engineering or technical background is a plus
