We are looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative (Fresher) to identify potential customers, qualify sales leads, and generate business opportunities for our CAD/CAM engineering software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate potential leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Connect with prospective customers in the CAD/CAM/CAE industry.
- Understand customer requirements and qualify leads based on business needs.
- Introduce CAD/CAM software solutions and schedule meetings or product demonstrations.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain lead information, activities, and follow-ups in CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert qualified leads into business opportunities.
RequirementsRequired Skills
- Any Bachelor's degree (Mechanical Engineering graduates preferred).
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Interest in sales, customer interaction, and business development.
- Basic understanding of CAD/CAM/CAE is an added advantage.
- Willingness to make outbound calls and interact with customers.
- Valuable follow-up, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
