Job Description Responsible for providing technical support, application maintenance, and enhancement development for supply chain applications. The role focuses on production incident resolution, ticket analysis, root-cause investigation, application performance optimization, and cloud health monitoring. Utilize Java 17, Angular 20, Splunk, ServiceNow, and Jira to troubleshoot application issues, manage incidents, implement enhancements, and improve system stability, scalability, and performance. Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide production support and maintenance for supply chain applications, ensuring application availability and business continuity.
- Manage incidents, service requests, defects, and enhancement requests using ServiceNow and Jira.
- AnaRlyze, prioritize, track, and resolve production tickets within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Perform detailed ticket analysis, troubleshoot technical issues, and conduct root-cause analysis to prevent recurring incidents.
- Design, develop, and implement application enhancements based on business requirements and technical specifications.
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot backend services using Java 17, including exception handling, service failures, and memory-related issues.
- Develop and enhance frontend components using Angular 20, resolving UI issues and improving application usability.
- Use Splunk to analyze application logs, investigate exceptions, identify error patterns, and troubleshoot production issues.
- Investigate Out-of-Memory (OOM) errors, JVM memory utilization, garbage collection behavior, and potential memory leaks.
- Perform cloud health checks and monitor application availability, resource utilization, and overall system performance.




- Identify performance bottlenecks and implement code-level optimizations to improve response times, memory consumption, and application stability.
- Support application upgrades, defect fixes, code changes, deployments, and post-release validation.
- Perform impact analysis, unit testing, integration testing, and regression testing for enhancements and defect fixes.
- Collaborate with architects, QA engineers, DevOps, infrastructure, and functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Participate in code reviews and follow development standards to ensure code quality, maintainability, and reliability.
- Maintain technical documentation, enhancement specifications, troubleshooting procedures, and root-cause analysis reports.
- Track incident progress, document resolutions, manage escalations, and maintain ticket updates in ServiceNow and Jira.
- Identify opportunities for automation, performance improvement, and proactive incident prevention.
- Participate in release planning, change management, and production deployment activities.
