We are seeking an experienced professional to lead complex Enterprise Resource Planning initiatives within the IT Services sector. Responsibilities
- Direct end-to-end ERP implementation projects from initiation through to final deployment and stabilization.
- Formulate and execute comprehensive project plans utilizing Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid frameworks to suit specific project needs.
- Conduct rigorous risk assessment and implement proactive change management strategies to mitigate potential disruptions.
- Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and optimize resource allocation to ensure financial efficiency.
- Establish and maintain project governance structures, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
- Utilize advanced project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, and Planview for planning,
tracking, and reporting.
- Oversee the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure seamless integration of technical and business requirements.
- Facilitate business transformation initiatives by aligning ERP solutions with evolving organizational processes.
RequirementsRequirements:
- Minimum of 8 to 12 years of qualified experience in project management, specifically within the IT Services industry.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale ERP implementation projects.
- Expertise in applying Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies.
- Proficiency with industry-standard tools including MS Project, Jira, and Planview.
- Strong capabilities in risk management, change management, budgeting, and resource planning.
