Job Description

Drive the National Data Center business strategy by engaging key stakeholders across the value chain, influencing specifications, and owning end-to-end project conversion to deliver sustainable sales growth across India.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the national growth strategy for the Data Center segment across India.
- Build solid relationships with Data Center operators, developers, consultants, architects, PMCs, contractors, and key decision-makers.
- Influence specifications at the design stage and convert opportunities into business.
- Identify and drive opportunities across upcoming and ongoing Data Center projects for Waterproofing, Roofing, Flooring, Refurbishment, and related solutions.
- Own the project lifecycle from concept, specification, and tendering through execution and closure.
- Partner with regional and zonal sales teams to secure and deliver strategic projects.
- Manage and track the national project pipeline, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and project conversion.
- Conduct technical presentations, workshops, customer engagement programs, and value-engineering discussions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the Data Center ecosystem.




- Act as the single point of accountability for driving sales growth and strategic account development within the Data Center segment

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
- MBA in Marketing / Business Management will be an added advantage
- 8–10 years of experience in construction chemicals, building materials, real estate, or infrastructure industries.
- Strong exposure to handling key developers and large project accounts at regional level.
- Experience in driving specification and project management preferred.
- Solid network with leading developers, consultants, and PMCs across India.
