Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Databricks Partner Champion to lead strategic initiatives within the IT Services sector. This pivotal role demands an individual with over eight years of professional experience who can drive the adoption of advanced data solutions. The successful candidate will serve as a vital bridge between our organization and its client base, leveraging deep expertise in modern data architectures to deliver transformative outcomes. This position is critical for advancing our capabilities in machine learning, generative AI, and data platform modernization, ensuring that clients achieve excellence through the power of the Lakehouse architecture.
Responsibilities

- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through complex data transformation journeys and strategic planning.

- Architect and implement robust Lakehouse solutions utilizing Databricks, Apache Spark, and Delta Lake technologies.

- Drive the integration of Machine Learning and Generative AI models to solve advanced business challenges and enhance analytics capabilities.

- Lead Analytics Engineering efforts to optimize data pipelines and ensure high-quality data delivery for decision-making.

- Champion the modernization of legacy data platforms,



transitioning organizations to scalable, cloud-native architectures.

- Foster strong partnerships and advocate for Databricks solutions within the broader technology ecosystem.

RequirementsRequirements:

- Minimum of 8+ years of hands-on experience in the IT Services industry, specifically within data engineering and architecture.

- Proven expertise in Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Analytics Engineering.

- Deep technical proficiency with Databricks, Apache Spark, Delta Lake, and Lakehouse Architecture principles.

- Strong background in Data Platform Modernization strategies and execution.

- Exceptional customer advisory skills with a track record of managing high-level client relationships.

- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Compensation
This role offers a market-competitive salary package of ₹18 LPA, reflecting the specialized skill set and extensive experience required for success.
