About the role:

Role Purpose:

- To drive National Accounts business growth in alignment with the company's vision.
- To support the National Accounts team by managing and strengthening key dependable accounts.

Key Role & Responsibilities:

- Expansion of national accounts footprint with developing/Reviving of at least 10 new accounts in North with focus on important product segments i.e. Cassettes, TLC and VRF Hence generating App. 2.5 M $ from these accounts
- Enhanced engagement with Concerned teams of major accounts by organizing regular knowledge sharing programs on industry/product/system update.
- Ensure that Key team Work closely with businesses to grow Focus product of Cassettes & VRF greater than market growth.




- Strongly support National Accounts head in C&A;[BSS] Business endeavor in national accounts customer network.
- Promote and execute Product testing at third party neutral labs thereby aimed at establishing CRL product superiority over competition.

Minimum Requirements:

- BE/BTech or equivalent qualification; MBA preferred.
- Experience working in the HVAC industry.
- Minimum 4-8 years of relevant experience.
