Lead and monitor the daily activities of the Manual Claims Inward team.
- Ensure the proper receipt, sorting, indexing, and registration of IPD and OPD claim documents.
- Verify claim documents for completeness and identify missing or incorrect information.
- Ensure accurate data entry and timely allocation of claims to the respective processing teams.
- Monitor daily productivity, quality, and turnaround time (TAT) to meet defined SLAs.
- Coordinate with internal teams and branches to resolve documentation-related issues.
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of pending claims inward cases.
- Prepare daily MIS reports on volumes, productivity, pending cases, and team performance.
- Train team members, allocate workloads, and monitor individual performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and data confidentiality standards.
