Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain enterprise automation solutions using UiPath, Python and Playwright/Selenium.

Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.

Evaluate and select the appropriate automation approach such as RPA, Python scripting, API-based automation or browser automation based on the use case.

Develop reusable, scalable and maintainable automation components and frameworks.

Integrate automation solutions with REST APIs, databases, files, Excel, email and enterprise applications.

Implement robust exception handling, logging, retry mechanisms, monitoring and audit trails.

Perform unit testing, debugging, root-cause analysis and resolution of automation failures.

Support deployment, production monitoring and ongoing maintenance of automation solutions.

Follow coding standards, Git-based source control, code review and release management practices.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation for developed automation solutions.

Collaborate with Business, Product, Engineering, QA and Dev Ops teams throughout the automation lifecycle.

Conduct code/design reviews and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
