We are looking for an experienced Performance Engineer with strong expertise in Apache JMeter and Dynatrace to drive end-to-end performance engineering activities. The candidate should be capable of developing advanced performance scripts, executing large-scale tests, analyzing application performance, identifying bottlenecks and recommending optimization solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather performance requirements and define performance testing strategies and plans.
- Develop, enhance and customize JMeter scripts using advanced scripting techniques.
- Design workload models and production-like test scenarios.
- Execute load, stress, volume, endurance and scalability testing.
- Perform deep-dive application performance monitoring and analysis using Dynatrace.
- Identify performance bottlenecks across application, database and infrastructure layers.
- Analyze test results, response times, throughput, resource utilization and error rates.
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend performance tuning and optimization measures.
- Validate applications against defined Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs).
- Understand system architecture and technology stacks to ensure comprehensive performance coverage.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, operations and business stakeholders.
- Prepare performance test reports, findings and actionable recommendations.
- Drive continuous improvement in application stability, scalability and reliability.

- Positive understanding of application architecture, NFRs and performance optimization.
