Job Summary:

We are looking for skilled Embedded C++ Software Engineers with strong experience in developing software for embedded devices and hardware platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in C++, multithreaded programming, and RTOS or Embedded Linux environments, along with strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Experience in optical communication technologies such as Optical Pluggables, CMIS, OTN, DSP and line configuration will be an added advantage, particularly for Senior Engineer and Techno Manager positions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop and maintain embedded software using C++ for device-based applications.
- Develop and troubleshoot multithreaded applications in RTOS or Embedded Linux environments.
- Work on interrupt handling, memory management, device drivers and hardware-software integration.
- Apply object-oriented programming principles and software design patterns to develop scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Perform debugging,



root-cause analysis and resolution of software and system-level issues.
- Develop scripts using Python or other scripting languages for automation and debugging.
- Use Git for version control and JIRA for defect tracking and project management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve design, coding, testing and debugging productivity.

Required Skills:

- Strong hands-on programming experience in C++ within embedded or device-oriented environments.
- Experience with RTOS or Embedded Linux.
- Good understanding of multithreading, interrupts, device drivers and memory management.
- Solid knowledge of object-oriented programming, design principles and design patterns.
- Proficiency in Python or another scripting language.
- Experience with Git and JIRA.
- Strong analytical, debugging and problem-solving skills.
