Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation, re-engineering, migration and transformation programs.
- Manage overall project planning, budgeting, timelines, resources and delivery governance.
- Coordinate SAP functional modules including FI/CO, MM, PP, QM, PM, SD, WM and Fiori.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, implementation partners and senior management.
- Manage SAP implementation vendors, contracts, SOWs, commercials and change requests.
- Oversee system integration, data migration, testing, validation and deployment activities.
- Ensure GxP, GAMP 5, 21 CFR Part 11, CSV and data integrity compliance.
- Drive risk management, issue resolution, project documentation and audit readiness.
- Lead cutover, go-live, hypercare, stabilization and operational handover.
- Ensure project milestones, quality standards, budget and business objectives are achieved.

Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Management,



or a related discipline; MBA/PGDM or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
- PMP, PRINCE2, SAP, ITIL, Agile, or comparable certification is advantageous.
- 10 –12 years of relevant experience, including substantial SAP program/project delivery responsibility; 10+ years preferred.
- Experience leading at least three major SAP S/4HANA implementation, re-engineering, rollout, upgrade, migration, or transformation through key lifecycle phases.
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple business functions, SAP workstreams, vendors, and senior stakeholders in a complex enterprise.
- Experience with SOWs, commercials, effort validation, change requests, partner performance, and SAP delivery in pharmaceutical, life-sciences, or regulated manufacturing environments is strongly preferred.
