Gallagher Center of Excellence is seeking to hire a process Associate/Analyst/Senior Analyst position with minimum graduation qualification, should be willing to get trained in Insurance field. Your role will involve the process of document/email management, indexing, document review, payments, etc. for Workers Compensation Claims. You will be responsible for fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer focus within the shared services team. You will be interacting with the team who are present in Australia. Exposure to Insurance regulations and laws, claims handling procedures and Risk management principles is a definite plus. How you'll make an impact Responsibilities: Evaluate documents & emails and categorize them to appropriate document Type and email. Interaction with but not limited to Claims Support Officers, Case Managers, Supervisors, Branch Managers and Implementation and data services Team. Appropriately document information on claim file Maintain effective and ongoing communication with various internal and external contact Learn and follow best practices of clients as well as claims requirements,



standards and practices as required by applicable state statutes Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies. Mitigate organizational risk, maintaining compliance and reputation About you Qualifications: Preferred Degree: Bachelor’s degree in insurance or related field Certificate(s)/Special Training: Insurance industry certifications – AIC, AINS, Cert CII or any other relevant Insurance certification Experience (Career Level Guide) Fresher or 0–1-year experience in insurance claims handling Basic Knowledge of insurance terms – types of insurance, claims, parties to insurance etc. Excellent command of MS office (Excel & Word) Knowledge, Skills and Ability: Investigate and analyze claims documentation and medical records Determine coverage and liability Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes Communicate effectively with insureds, claimants, suppliers and brokers Apply industry-standard claims handling procedures Claims investigation and analysis Effective communication and interpersonal skills Time management and organization Customer service and relationship-building Collaboration and teamwork
