Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated C++ Developer with 1-2 years of experience in software development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-performance applications using C++. This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, test, and maintain software applications using C++.

- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following coding standards and best practices.

- Participate in software design, implementation, and code reviews.

- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and performance issues.

- Collaborate with product managers, QA engineers, and other developers to deliver quality solutions.

- Optimize application performance, memory usage, and system reliability.

- Develop and integrate APIs, libraries, and third-party components.

- Create and maintain technical documentation.

- Participate in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

RequirementsRequired Skills

- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in C++ development.

- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.

- Good knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms.





- Familiarity with STL (Standard Template Library).

- Understanding of multithreading, memory management, and debugging techniques.

- Experience with version control systems such as Git.

- Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix environments.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with C++11/14/17 standards.

- Exposure to socket programming, networking concepts, or embedded systems.

- Knowledge of software design patterns.

- Experience with unit testing frameworks.

- Understanding of Agile development methodologies.

Requirements
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and SAFe Agilist (SA) or equivalent SAFe certification. 3–6 years of experience in Agile project management. Robust understanding of Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban frameworks. Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar. Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in mid-sized IT companies or startups. Exposure to Dev Ops and CI/CD environments. Familiarity with scaled Agile implementations and enterprise-level Agile transformation.
