What’s the role? The Cloud Technical Lead will support all aspects of production cloud-based infrastructure, including application support, maintenance and deployment, and the ability to make informed decisions based on analysis and data.

Act as the bridge between high-level business strategy and hands-on engineering execution.

While a Cloud Engineer focuses on building and scaling infrastructure, a Technical Lead owns the technical vision, drives architectural decisions, and guides the engineering team to successful delivery.

What will you do? Support production applications and infrastructure on Amazon Web Services

Action customer requests in accordance with agreed service levels Respond to service outages and issues in a timely fashion Provide solutions to fix repetitive issues Work closely with developing and engineering teams to deploy software Maintain and update documentation for working processes Who are you? Ops culture Experience: 5+ to 7+ years of hands-on experience in cloud engineering, with a strong focus on production enterprise-scale AWS environments. Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect/ Qualified or AWS Certified Dev

Ops Engineer - Professional is strongly preferred.
