Experience building Fin Tech solutions with a strong understanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and 12-factor
application principles.
Experience as a Java Backend developer with strong understanding of backend technologies (Java, Spring ecosystem)
Solid experience in API design, problem-solving, and troubleshooting.

Experience with cryptography concepts and considerations.

Hands-on experience with Java and Spring development, as well as CI/CD and Release Engineering practices.

Strong mentoring skills with the ability to help junior engineers resolve technical issues and challenges.

Knowledge of cloud-native solutions, containers, and microservices.

and frontend technologies (Angular, Java Script).
Ability to collaborate closely with Architects and Product teams to shape the technical roadmap and product
vision.
Proven experience leading technical initiatives across multiple teams and influencing architectural and
engineering decisions without direct managerial authority.
Good understanding of Agile and SAFe frameworks, with the ability to guide teams in planning and prioritizing
stories and features during iterations and releases.




Hands-on experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Git Hub Copilot, Microsoft 365
Copilot, Claude, or similar) to accelerate software development, testing, troubleshooting, and technical
documentation.
Understanding of AI/LLM concepts, prompt engineering, and responsible AI practices, with the ability to
identify and drive practical use cases within the software development lifecycle
Lead architecture and design activities for various functional modules within the product.

Drive the adoption of the 12-factor methodology and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).

Lead technical decision-making and drive architectural alignment across multiple teams and product domains.

Working knowledge of Agile and SAFe frameworks.

Provide hands-on technical guidance and support to development teams.

Own and deliver key functional and technical capabilities.

Drive the adoption of Dev Ops tooling and principles, including APM, CI/CD, and Release Engineering.

Cultivate a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Lead the definition and implementation of non-functional requirements (NFRs).

Guide and coach engineers on engineering principles and technology best practices.
