Job Summary (Recruitment Trainee Staffing & Recruitment, Chennai)

- Role involves hands-on exposure to live client manpower requirements across FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing, NAPS/TPA, and high-volume recruitment projects.
- Responsibilities include candidate sourcing, screening, and mobilization using Naukri, Linked In, social media, referrals, and Whats App.
- Support posting job openings, managing candidate responses, and coordinating interviews and follow-ups.
- Assist with joining and onboarding activities for selected candidates.
- Contribute to recruitment automation, including chatbot-based communication.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and basic Excel reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely closure of client hiring needs.
- Targeted at MBA/PGDM (Marketing) freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
- Digital marketing certification is a plus.
- Role requires valuable communication and coordination skills, and an interest in staffing and recruitment.
- Walk-in interviews conducted at Talent Pro India, Egmore, Chennai.
