- Sales & Revenue Generation

- Achievement of monthly sales targets; revenue generated;

- Accurate stock handling; coordination for stock

- Store Operations & Visual Merchandising

- Maintaining display standards; jewellery presentation

- Compliance & Security

- Adherence to jewellery handling SOPs; security protocols

- Team Coordination & Discipline

- Coordination with the Store Manager, Inventory Team, and

- Billing Team at the assigned Aligned Partner Jewellery store, while ensuring

- punctuality, regular attendance, and adherence to store discipline.

- Maintain skilled relationships with partner jeweller.
