Job Summary:**
This role involves supporting the operational needs of SS&C; Technologies, focusing on data analysis, reporting, and process improvement within a fast-paced financial technology environment. The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining high standards of data integrity and operational efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:**
* Perform data extraction, manipulation, and analysis using various internal and external tools to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
* Generate and distribute regular reports and ad-hoc analyses for internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Identify and troubleshoot data discrepancies, working collaboratively with other teams to resolve issues effectively.
* Assist in the development and implementation of current processes and procedures to enhance operational workflows.
* Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for system enhancements and new software deployments.
* Maintain documentation for processes, procedures, and data definitions.




* Respond to inquiries from internal departments and external clients regarding data and reporting.
* Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by proactively suggesting solutions and efficiencies.
Job Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
* 1-3 years of experience in a data analysis or operations support role, preferably within the financial services or Fin Tech industry.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, advanced formulas).
* Experience with SQL for data querying and manipulation is highly desirable.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
* Familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
