Job Title: Sr. Manager/AGM – Finance

Function: Finance (Banking & Treasury)

We are looking for a candidate with 10-15 years of experience to handle various Banking & Treasury related activities

Key Responsibilities

Fund Raising & Debt Management– Support capital expenditure and expansion projects through appropriate financing arrangements, close coordination with all stack holders, sanction & pre disbursement requisites, post disbursement activities related to project progress, ECB returns, covenant compliance etc.

Manage debt portfolios, repayment schedules, interest obligations, and lender compliance.

Prepare presentations and financial information required by lenders and financial institutions.

Ensuring proper documentation process - Execute Mortgage / Hypothecation documents and ensure seamless Security Perfections , co-ordination with CS/lawyers/Banks .

Working Capital and Treasury Management – Monitoring working capital operations, handling on Bank finance instruments such as L/C, BG, FCNR, EPC, PCFC, FD, Margin Money etc & cost of issuance

Liaison with Lenders, Consultants, Agencies & Departments for various activities and operations of the Department.





Support annual budgeting and long-term financial planning from a treasury perspective.

MIS, Reporting & Compliance - Prepare treasury and banking MIS for senior management.

Monitor key treasury KPIs, borrowing costs, fund utilization, and working capital performance.

Prepare and submit the required Banking Compliance such as Stock Statement, Quarterly Financial Reports, UFCE, Due Diligence, etc.

Ensure compliance with internal policies, statutory requirements, and banking agreements.

Coordinate with auditors, bankers, consultants, and other stakeholders on treasury-related matters.

Arrangements of Other Loans - for Vehicle Loans, Corporate Cards etc.

Qualifications & Experience

- 10-15 years of progressive finance experience, preferably in Pharma or other Manufacturing industries.
- MBA Finance/Inter C.A./C.A. or equivalent qualification.
- Robust expertise in financial planning, debt arrangement & compliance.
- Experience in managing operational working capital and driving process improvements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
