- P&T-37996; - This is a resource replacing an offshore Salesforce Professional Services technical consultant playing the BSA role in the TDI Marketing Personalization pod (SFDC360+SFP).
- This person would play a supporting role to the lead BSA who is onshore, in ensuring that the offshore development team has all the requirements documented to match what is being delivered.
- It is expected that this is a two-way process where approved business requirements come in from the business as one side, and solution design assumptions the delivery team is making (to be agile and unblocked) is documented and returned to the business for requirement enhancements that validate the assumptions or change the design.
- Knowledge in marketing, Salesforce Data Cloud, and Salesforce Personalization is important for this role since it is expected that this resource would assist with non-coding configurations in the lower environment and performing as the marketing business would if it was the production workplace.
