- Proven expertise in identifying and removing unauthorised sellers from Amazon & E-commerce Marketplace listings.
- Strong hands-on experience with:

- Intellectual Property Management
- Report Infringement
- Report a Violation
- Amazon Transparency
- Impact Dashboard
- Project Zero

3. Amazon Case Management & Problem-Solving

- Expert in raising and managing Amazon Seller Support case logs (tickets).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate complex issues and achieve effective resolutions.
- Ability to follow up on cases, provide supporting evidence, and escalate issues when required.

4. Amazon Listing & Marketplace Management

- Good understanding of how E-commerce Marketplace listings work and practical experience creating, managing, and optimising product listings.
- Knowledge of listing requirements, product titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, keywords, and product variations.
- Experience managing listings and marketplace operations on Amazon, eBay, and other online marketplaces.
