Title: Business Development Consultant
Reporting to: Team Lead/Managing Partner

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, current expertise
and existing contacts
• Define & implement business development strategies
• Handle meetings, negotiations, and closures.
• Regularly conduct client satisfaction surveys.
• Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
• Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
• Suggesting upgrades or added services that may be of interest to clients.
• Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients. Persuade clients sign search
agreements on exclusive and/or retainer basis




• Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.

Qualifications & Experience
• Graduate in any discipline, Master’s degree/MBA in Business or related field will be preferred.
• Fluency in English language and Basic MS Office skills.
