Clarks Australia is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our team at | Rouse Hill Town Square , for an exciting short-term retail opportunity.

As we continue to expand our retail presence across Australia, this is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a globally recognised footwear brand.

This casual position will run from 4 January to 31 January 2027, with the potential for ongoing or permanent opportunities at other Clarks locations following this period.

About the Role

As a Casual Retail Sales Assistant, you'll play an important part in delivering an exceptional customer experience and supporting the day-to-day success of our retail operations.

- Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering friendly, genuine and engaging customer service
- Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable footwear
- Working towards individual and store sales targets
- Supporting key retail metrics, including ATV, UPT and conversion
- Maintaining strong visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Processing sales, returns and transactions accurately
- Replenishing stock and maintaining an organised stockroom
- Supporting the wider team with daily store operations

Availability

This opportunity is specifically based at Clarks Rouse Hill Town Square , from 4 January to 31 January 2027.

We are seeking candidates who:

- Have flexible availability throughout the advertised period
- Are available to work weekdays and weekends as required
- Can support varying shifts based on business and trading needs

- Is reliable, adaptable and comfortable working independently when required
