Role Purpose

We are seeking a skilled CSF Developer with experience in designing, developing, and maintaining customer communications, statements, notices, and correspondence for Banking, Insurance, and Financial Services clients.

Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain customer communications, letters, statements, notices,



and forms using CSF.
- Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Customize and develop document templates as per client requirements.
- Ensure generated correspondence matches approved business formats and compliance standards.
- Integrate CSF solutions with upstream and downstream applications.
- Perform unit testing, system testing, and support UAT activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate directly with business stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure on-time delivery of projects and enhancements.
- Prepare technical design documents and support documentation.

Requirements

- Strong experience in CSF Development and Letter Design.
- Experience in customer communication management and document generation.
- Knowledge of data mapping and template customization.
- Understanding of Banking and Insurance business processes.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working directly with clients and business teams.
