Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Optometrist & Sales Executive. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in optometry, good communication skills, and an interest in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Responsibilities:

1. Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and prescribe appropriate vision correction.
2. Recommend suitable vision correction appliances to generate potential buyers.
3. Promote and dispense contact lenses following company guidelines.

Sales & Customer Engagement:

1. Actively participate in store sales and work towards achieving individual and store targets.
2. Educate customers on products such as frames, lenses, sunglasses, contact lenses, and accessories.
3. Cross-sell and upsell products to enhance store revenue.
4. Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively to ensure satisfaction.
5.



Maintain a pleasant and professional store environment.

Operational Responsibilities:

1. Assist in store operations, including inventory management, order processing, and cash handling.
2. Maintain accurate records and reports for smooth store operations.
3. Participate in promotional activities and introduce offers to customers.
4. Visit different stores as per business needs and contribute to sales initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

1. Gender: Male

3. Experience: Minimum 1 year in optometry or retail/hospital setup.
4. Education: B.Optom / D.Optom
5. Languages: English, Hindi, Local Language
6. Personality Traits: Confident, presentable, positive communication skills, and customer-oriented.
7. Flexibility: Open to visiting any store as required.

Salary:

₹25,000 – ₹30,000 (Net Take Home)
