The Sales Engineer role combines sales expertise with hands-on technical support for machine tools and industrial equipment. Based onsite in Chennai, the position supports customers throughout machinery delivery, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and ongoing technical communication, with the potential to contribute to future team expansion.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate machinery delivery to customer sites
- Support machinery installation and setup
- Conduct test runs and commissioning activities
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to machinery and equipment
- Provide customer support, technical briefings, and clear product-related guidance
- Prepare and maintain reports, service records, and other relevant documentation

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
- At least 4 years of sales experience




- Experience with machine tools and strong technical knowledge of related equipment
- Experience within air-conditioning equipment, machinery, industrial equipment, or a related industry
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Robust English communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage customer-facing technical activities effectively
