Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to develop and scale SRE platforms, automation tools, observability solutions, and cloud-native engineering products.

The ideal candidate should have strong backend development expertise in Python, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and AWS, along with working knowledge of frontend technologies such as React or Angular. The primary focus will be on backend engineering, API development, and platform solutions.

Mandatory Skills :

Python, Node.js, JavaScript / TypeScript, REST APIs, Microservices, AWS, React / Angular, Kubernetes / EKS, CI/CD, Terraform / IaC, and SRE fundamentals (SLI / SLO, Observability, Incident Management & Automation).

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop SRE platforms, automation tools, observability solutions, and self-service engineering products.
- Build scalable REST APIs, microservices, and backend applications using Python and Node.js / TypeScript.
- Develop cloud-native applications using AWS services.
- Build frontend interfaces using React, Angular, or TypeScript frameworks.
- Implement reliability, monitoring, automation, and operational excellence practices.
- Work closely with cloud, platform,



and application teams to improve system reliability.

Required Skills :

- 7+ years of software engineering experience with full-stack development exposure.
- Solid expertise in Python development.
- Hands-on experience with Node.js, JavaScript / TypeScript, REST APIs, and microservices.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and backend architecture.
- Hands-on AWS experience: Lambda, ECS / EKS, API Gateway, DynamoDB, SQS / SNS, RDS, and CloudWatch.
- Frontend experience with React, Angular, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, or EKS.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK).
- Understanding of SRE concepts: SLI / SLO, observability, incident management, and automation.

Good to Have :

- Experience with Dynatrace, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, or Splunk.
- Experience building Internal Developer Platforms (IDP), self-service portals, or engineering productivity tools.
- Exposure to AIOps, AI Agents, MCP, RAG, or GenAI-based engineering solutions.

Key Focus : Strong Python + Backend Engineering + Node.js / TypeScript + AWS + SRE / Platform Engineering.
