- 10+ years designing and building enterprise scale software platforms, including a track record of platform level ownership and technical leadership across multiple teams.
- Strong expertise in .NET Core / ASP.NET and modern web technologies such as Angular.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud native architectures, and microservices.
- Robust knowledge of API design, RESTful services, and integration patterns, plus experience with asynchronous messaging and event driven architectures.
- Solid grounding in database design and data modeling for high volume applications.
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred), containerization, and modern deployment practices.
- Experience building software that handles sensitive data in a regulated environment. Familiarity with HIPAA, PHI handling, and healthcare data is a strong plus.
- Experience building features powered by AI and applying it in day to day engineering.
