TheOneTrade is looking for a motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our growing team. We are seeking someone who can manage recruitment activities, identify suitable candidates, and ensure a smooth and organized hiring process.
This is a fully remote opportunity for professionals who are self-driven, organized, and have strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring records.
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates and ensure timely interview scheduling.
- Support the HR team with recruitment and other HR-related activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR,
recruitment, or talent acquisition.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good understanding of candidate sourcing and screening.
- Ability to conduct professional screening calls and coordinate interviews.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Must have a laptop/desktop and a reliable internet connection.
- Ability to work from anywhere in India.
