We are seeking a skilled South Indian Cook to join our team in Diphu, Karbi Anglong. The ideal candidate should have a passion for cooking and experience preparing traditional South Indian dishes. Applicants should have completed at least the 10th grade and possess 1 to 2 years of relevant cooking experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparation of Dishes: The cook will be responsible for preparing a variety of South Indian dishes, ensuring authentic flavors and presentation.

- Menu Planning: Collaborate with management to design and update the menu, focusing on seasonal ingredients and special dietary needs.

- Kitchen Maintenance: Keep the kitchen area clean and organized, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards during food preparation.

- Inventory Management: Assist in managing kitchen supplies and ingredients, ensuring freshness and availability of all items needed for cooking.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations,



assisting where needed to create a positive work environment.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The candidate must have good knowledge of South Indian cuisine, including popular dishes such as dosa, idli, and sambar. Robust time management skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are essential.
