Job Summary:- The Chief Financial Officer (CFO ) is Responsible for overseeing the company's Financial operations, Financial Planning, Budgeting, accounting, Taxation, Cash Flow Management, and Financial Strategy. The Role Ensures Financial Stability, Regulatory Compliance, Profitability, and Sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities :-

1. Financial Planning & strategy :-

. Develop Financial Strategies aligned with business objectives.

. Prepare annual budgets, Forecasts, and financial plans.

. Monitor financial performance and provide strategic recommendations.

2. Accounting & Financial Reporting

. Oversee accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.

. Ensure accurate Preparation of Balance sheets, P&L; Statements, and Cash Flow Statements.

. Ensure Compliance With Applicable Accounting Standards.

3. Budgeting & Cost Control :-

.



Monitor Budgets and Control operational expenses.

. Identify Cost-Saving Opportunities and Improve profitability.

. Analyze financial Performance and variances.

4. Cash Flow & Treasury Management :-

. Manage Cash Flow, Working Capital, and Liquidity.

. Oversee banking relationships, fund managements and financing.

. Ensure timely Payments and Collections.
