Roles and Responsibilities:
Conduct user research, interviews, journey mapping, usability testing, and workflow analysis to identify user needs and process improvements.
Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces for employee lifecycle and workflow applications.
Create responsive UI experiences and contribute to reusable design systems, interaction patterns, and visual standards.
Develop user experiences for SharePoint solutions and other enterprise workflow applications.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to validate designs and ensure consistent implementation.

Skills Required:
1 - 6 years of relevant experience as a UX Designer, UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or Design Engineer.




Hands-on experience with workflow design, employee lifecycle experiences, and enterprise application UX.
Robust understanding of SharePoint-based user experiences and information architecture.
Proficiency in UI/UX design, including user flows, wireframes, prototyping, responsive design, and design systems.
Experience conducting user research, user interviews, usability testing, and journey mapping.

Valuable to Have:
Experience designing products in an enterprise SaaS workplace.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.
