Key Responsibilities
Manage daily e-commerce order processing and dispatch activities.
Handle order packing and dispatch as per defined timelines.
Coordinate with the Sales Department and Transporters for smooth order dispatch.
Verify order details, stock availability, and dispatch requirements.
Maintain proper dispatch records and update order status.
Coordinate with the warehouse/store team for physical stock verification.
Handle domestic dispatch activities and ensure timely delivery.
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly dispatch MIS using Advanced MS Excel.
Coordinate with transporters and resolve dispatch-related issues.
Ensure accurate documentation for all e-commerce and domestic dispatches.

Required Skills & Qualifications




Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Science or Arts.
3 to 5 years of experience in e-commerce, online dispatch or customer support.
Excellent knowledge of Advanced MS Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
Experience with ERP/SAP.
Valuable understanding of inventory management and physical stock verification.
Valuable coordination, follow-up and communication skills.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
