Experience or training in Business Analysis and Business Requirements gathering to translate stakeholder needs into transparent documentation.
Understanding of Business Process design and improvement to help map workflows and recommend efficiencies.
Effective Communication skills for engaging with cross-functional teams and presenting findings clearly.
Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce, Zoho) is an advantage.
Proficiency in productivity tools such as spreadsheets, presentation software, and documentation tools.
Bachelor's degree in, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Interest in learning enterprise technology solutions and growing into a senior business analyst role.
