Key Responsibilities:
Handle and respond to emails and maintain inboxes
Perform data entry and keep digital records organized
Prepare and format documents, spreadsheets, and reports
Use the internet for research and routine online tasks
Carry out general office operations such as scanning, printing, and filing
Support the team with day-to-day administrative work
Requirements:
Positive knowledge of computers and the internet
Proficiency in email handling
Basic computer and office operation skills (MS Word, Excel)
Valuable typing speed and attention to detail
