Core Responsibilities
Machine Setup: Load raw plastic materials into the machine hopper, attach or position molds, and select/adjust temperature, pressure, volume, and cycle-time settings. [1, 2, 3]
Production Monitoring: Run the injection molding equipment and watch the production cycle to ensure smooth and efficient output. [1, 2]
Quality Control: Inspect finished parts for surface defects, flashes, short shots, or dimensional errors. Separate or scrap defective items. [1, 2, 3]
Maintenance & Cleaning: Perform routine cleaning, explicit minor jams, and report major mechanical or electrical issues to the maintenance team. [1, 2, 3]
Documentation: Record production counts, machine logs, downtime, and quality check results
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
