We are looking for an Implementation Engineer with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to help clients set up and use our software. The role involves understanding client requirements, configuring the application, training users, and coordinating with our technical team for a smooth implementation.

Key Responsibilities
Understand client requirements and explain how the software supports their workflows.
Configure the application according to agreed requirements.
Deliver explicit product demonstrations and user training sessions.
Assist clients with data preparation, imports, and initial setup.
Test configurations and support clients during go-live.
Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with the development team for resolution.
Maintain implementation records, training materials, and progress updates.
Follow up with clients to ensure successful adoption.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.




Confidence in conducting client meetings, demonstrations, and training.
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
Solid listening, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
Basic understanding of web applications and business workflows.
Working knowledge of Excel and data handling.
Ability to manage client expectations and follow through on commitments.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in software implementation, product training, or technical support.
Familiarity with CRM, ERP, HRMS, or other business software.
Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs, and data migration.
Degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, MBA, BBA

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
