Main Job Role – Videographer & Video Editor

Job Purpose: To plan, shoot, edit, and produce high-quality visual content that promotes the company's brand, projects, services, and marketing activities across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Video Shooting & Production
Shoot videos of ongoing projects, completed projects, site activities, and company events.
Capture skilled-quality footage, including walkthroughs, interviews, testimonials, and promotional videos.
Handle cameras, lighting, microphones, and other production equipment.
Video Editing & Post-Production
Edit raw footage into engaging and qualified videos.
Add transitions, effects, animations, subtitles, music, and voiceovers.
Perform colour correction, sound enhancement, and final rendering.
Social Media Content Creation
Create Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, and other digital content.
Develop engaging visual content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.
Adapt videos into different formats and durations based on platform requirements.
Project Documentation




Document project progress through photos and videos.
Capture before-and-after transformations.
Maintain an organised library of project footage and edited videos.
Creative Collaboration
Coordinate with the marketing and design teams to understand content requirements.
Suggest creative concepts, shooting styles, and video ideas.
Ensure timely delivery of assigned video projects.

Key Expected Outcomes (KPIs)
Number of videos/Reels delivered per month.
Quality and creativity of video content.
Timely completion of assigned projects.
Social media content engagement.
Quality of project documentation.
Effective utilisation and maintenance of equipment.

Core Ownership: End-to-end responsibility for video production, from shooting and editing to final delivery of engaging visual content.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
