About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, well-organised, and responsible Front Desk Receptionist to join our dental clinic in Koramangala. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to manage front desk operations while ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet patients warmly and professionally.
Handle patient appointments, scheduling, and follow-up calls.
Manage incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and patient queries.
Maintain patient records, appointments, and billing details.
Coordinate with dentists and clinic staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Handle patient registrations, payments, and basic billing.
Follow up with patients regarding appointments and treatment visits.
Maintain a clean,



organised, and professional reception area.

Requirements
Good communication skills in English basic Kannada or Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
Friendly, polite, and patient-oriented attitude.
Positive organisational and multitasking skills.
Ability to handle patients professionally and courteously.
Previous experience in a dental clinic, hospital, or healthcare setting will be an advantage.
